Shipping & Delivery

In addition to it being quick, easy and safe to shop with us, we know that it's equally important to get the parcel safely all the way to your doorstep.

Methods of shipping:

OppoShop currently uses the following shipping alternatives:


Items in stock are normally shipped within 1 working day. We always attempt to ship out orders the same day as we receive them, but this depends on when the order was placed. Please note, Public/Bank holidays are not regarded as working days by our couriers.

If we are sold out you are given a new date for when the items are expected to arrive in stock on an updated order confirmation. Please remember that it normally takes a day from this date until the items have been prepared for shipping. The time of ordering decides when we can pick, pack and ship your order.
 

Where do we deliver?

By using Schenker, DHL and Swedish National Post, we are able to deliver to all European addresses.

Shipping costs are shown at the bottom of your shopping cart. Shipping costs vary by weight and volume of your order. You will see the exact shipping costs during checkout, before you place your order.

There are no hidden costs or charges when shopping at OppoShop.

Note:
For Europe:: European union members:
OppoShop is located in Sweden i.e European union(click here). So no import tax for products purchased to European union countries from OppoShop.

Import/Export applies only when shipping from/to countries outside the European union.

For Europe:: Non-European union members:
We also send to Non-European union members(Switzerland,Norway..). For Non-EU customers, VAT will be excluded. But an export administration cost of 19 Euro will be added, as it is an export. This cost will be shown under ´charge` at the "Checkout" page.

All customers outside Europe:
Please contact our sales team sales(at)OppoShop.com before ordering, so that you will receive the necessary order instructions.


Estimated Delivery Time
  • Scandinavia 1-2 business days
  • Central Europe(incl. UK) 2-3 business days
  • Southern Europe 3-4 business days
  • Outside Europe 7-14 business days

When choosing a Delivery address:
Each customer can use our `tracking link´, which are send automatically to customer's e-mail when parcel is shipped, to anticipate the arrival date of the parcel and arrange for a receiver.
Our couriers require that, at the delivery address, there must be someone ready to sign and receive the parcel. We do not just leave parcels at doorsteps or post boxes. Also make sure to also provide a telephone number, where you are easily accessible. Alternatively, one can also provide a work/business address.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is ready to be shipped from our warehouse, we send out a shipping confirmation by email to you. The shipping confirmation is sent before the courier has picked up the items from our warehouse.

It will take atleast 24 hours before the parcel is traceable.

Delivery damaged or missing items

If you receive the wrong goods or certain items are absent from the order you have placed with us, then we advise the following:

Send an e-mail to
service(at)OppoShop.com containing the following information:

  • Customer number
  • Order number
  • Product number of the missing or faulty item(s).
  • An accurate description of the problem
  • Provide digital images of the parcel, if possible.


You will then receive information on how we will solve the problem ASAP.

Parcel insurance

You are secured against losses if a package should disappear or be damaged in the time before you collect your order. Should any courier deliver a parcel which has significant damage to it then:

  • Ask the courier right there and then to sign a form stating that it was in this state on delivery
  • Contact service(at)OppoShop.com explaining what the situation is
  • If possible provide digital images of the parcel.

If damage to the parcel is not found until after signing, please contact service(at)OppoShop.com ASAP so we can solve the problem.
 

Delivery to a business address

If you select a business address as the delivery address, please be aware that the couriers may not be able to have the parcel signed by the addressee. The parcel may be left with goods in, the post room or the reception area where the courier will obtain a signature for your order.

To avoid confusion please make arrangements with the reception personal at your work. Neither OppoShop nor the couriers can be held responsible for any loss or damage once the parcel has been delivered.
