We generally respond to your emails within hours. We are open 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Central European Time (CET), Monday to Friday.

It is important to us that you feel well looked after, especially after you have completed an order with us. If you should be so unlucky as to receive an item not working as it should, it is our goal to complete your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) as quickly and efficiently as possible.

A fair percentage of the RMAs we receive could have been avoided if easy checks had been done prior to sending the item to us. So if you help us controlling a few simple things before applying for an RMA number, chances are good that you are helping yourself!

Cooling-off Period - Satisfied or your money back
OppoShop allows you 14 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with.

Before returning, please conatct us at service(at)OppoShop.com to get the necessary return instructions.

Your right of retraction starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product within this time period, at your own expense, accompanied by your invoice.

We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with the carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is notably necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the customer's responsibility.

The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete working condition (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.). Any product that has been damaged, or is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded.

If tests need to be carried out on the product, in the framework of the right of retraction, OppoShop will do its best to reimburse the User as quickly as possible. This time period will depend on the nature of the technical tests performed by the After-Sales Service.

Delivery damaged or missing items

If you receive the wrong goods or certain items are absent from the order you have placed with us, then we advise the following:
Send an e-mail to
service(at)OppoShop.com containing the following information:

  • Customer number
  • Order number
  • Product number of the missing or faulty item(s)
  • An accurate description of the problem
  • Provide digital images of the parcel, if possible


You will then receive information on how we will solve the problem ASAP.

OPPO Service Warranty

All of the products we sell benefit from:

  • The legal guarantee of conformity
  • The legal guarantee from hidden flaws
  • The latest firmware updates will be provided.

Whatever the problem is with your product, you must attach with the defective product, a copy of your invoice, the guarantee (in the box). Please note, legal guarantees do not apply to repairs for damage caused by external origin (for example, accidents, shocks, fluctuation of electricity etc.) or by the user's faulty usage of the product such as a non-conforming installation or using it for commercial purposes or using said product with incorrect peripherals, accessories or consumables.

The manufacturer's guarantees sold by OPPO do not cover:

  • replacement of consumables (batteries, light bulbs, fuses, recording heads etc.)
  • the abnormal use or non-conforming usage of products.We ask that you consult the user's manual provided with the products
  • malfunctioning due to accessories (power cables etc)
  • damage from external sources (shocks, accidents, electricity current fluctuations etc).

TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE follow these instructions:

Contact customer support at service(at)OppoShop.com with details of the defect claimed, product model and serial number, and date of the original purchase. If it is determined that your product needs service, a RMA number will be issued to you with return instructions. Pack the product, preferably in the original package, with your assigned RMA number marked on the outside of the package. Send the package to the OPPO service center to obtain warranty service.
